Port & Proper does not accept cancellations, but will offer credit to reschedule if requested >14 days prior to the scheduled charter booking.
We are happy to extend charters if there are no conflicting charters scheduled and based on vessel reservations and captain availability.
Extensions are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
Charter time begins as scheduled. Late arrivals do not extend your booking.
We ask that the full party arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the charter start time to ensure the full time slot can be utilized on the water!
