Our Story
Port & Proper was born from a life lived on this harbor.

Long before it was a business, it was tradition, summers spent barefoot on teak decks, afternoons in Emerald Bay, and a childhood shaped by the rhythm of the water. Parker grew up in Newport Beach, raised within the walls of its yacht clubs, not just as places, but as communities.
Where conversation mattered. Where presentation mattered. Where time slowed down, and people showed up fully.
It was here he learned to swim, tossed off the edge of his grandfather’s yacht into the open water below. A lesson in confidence, freedom, and trust in the harbor that raised him.
Port & Proper was created to carry that tradition forward. To offer a new way to experience the harbor, one that feels both refined and welcoming, while honoring the standards that made it special to begin with.

This life was passed down.
